Work, in addition to paying for access to the internets, is engaging and for the most part pleasant. The only thing about having people who work for you that gets my goat is that you have to deal with peoples' insecurities. bleagh.
Now back to your regularly scheduled internets.

You could build a small shrine to Buddha and just tell them to tell their insecurities to Buddha, burn some incense and then everything will be all right....I have no idea where that came from.
